"Modern Family" star Ariel Winter is again the talk of the town after appearing in the SAG red carpet awards, post-breast reduction procedure.

The "Modern Family" star has gone quite off the radar after previous reports have revealed that the actress was struggling with pain from her breasts. Talking to Glamour last year, Ariel Winter shared her difficulties before the procedure. "It was so painful," shared Ariel Winter in the interview. "I had a lot of back problems. I really couldn't stand up straight for a long period of time. It started to hurt so bad that I couldn't take the pain. My neck was hurting so bad and I actually had some problems with my spine."

Now, months after the surgery, the "Modern Family" actress revealed her new found figure and freedom from pain in the latest SAG awards. On the red carpet, BBC reported how stunning the young actress was after the breast reduction operation and though the scars were visible, Ariel Winter herself revealed that she didn't make an effort to hide it.

According to the report, the "Modern Family" actress shared how relieved she has been after the breast reduction operations. "It's amazing to finally feel right," shared Ariel Winter in the report. "They had to hide it on Modern Family a lot. Big sweaters, or strapping me down, which is fine. I understand that it doesn't fit the character they have in mind. I understand that," the "Modern Family" actress pointed out.

On her official Twitter account, the "Modern Family" actress shared the reason behind keeping the breast reduction scars where they are and not hiding them with make-up. Ariel Winter said, "Guys there is a reason I didn't make an effort to cover up my scars! They are part of me and I'm not ashamed of them at all," and closed the shoutout with a smiley.
