The Cleveland Cavaliers are geared to making the playoffs this year but in order to go deeper, they need to have their team chemistry in check and no misunderstanding can hinder their chance of winning the title.

Last week, it was reported that Cleveland Cavaliers star point guard Kyrie Irving is unhappy with his team. Immediately after hearing that, the three-time All-Star immediately debunked those rumors and said that misunderstandings are normal.

"There's nothing to really address. Obviously there's going to be some misunderstandings, it's part of being on a team," Irving told Chris Fedor of Cleveland.com. "For me, as a maturing young player in this league, I know what we have and the opportunity we have in order to be something special. My communication is open with all of my teammates, just knowing what's going on and how I feel about things."

All this began when ESPN analyst Stephen A. Smith talked about a brewing discord inside the Cavs' locker room.

"Dating back to last year, I've been told that Kyrie Irving ain't too happy being in Cleveland," Smith said via Bleacher Report. "The situation is not ideal for him. I don't know the particulars, I haven't spoken to him personally. It's something that I've been hearing for months, that under ideal circumstances he would prefer to be someplace other than Cleveland."

With talks of adversity circling around the Cavs, their leader, LeBron James, said that this is nothing and the real adversity has yet to come.

"I've been in this so long and I know what's ahead ... this will not be the most adversity that we face," James told Cleveland.com. "Can you even call that adversity, a two-game losing streak? I don't think so. You have to just continue to work the habits and play ball and play at a high level like we did tonight."
