There are many sources of stress, but a huge part of it can be from your workplace. In fact, more than 60% of workers think that their own job is a main source of their stress. Moreover, the cost of job stress is already $300 billion.

Why do people feel stressed at work? It can be because of internal conflict, increased pressure for productivity, and efficiency, poor communication, and lack of teamwork. While these are serious issues that have to be resolved by the management, Facebook is also stepping up by providing some tools for collaboration. With its new service in the works, companies can now create their own social network.

This service is called Facebook at Work, and as its name implies, it is Facebook meant for the workplace. Unlike regular Facebook, which is now the biggest social networking website with more than a billion members all around the world, this new service is business driven.

This is currently running in closed beta, which means it's still in its testing phase and only a handful of companies can access it. It's also unclear how soon this will be available for the rest of the businesses to use.

However, initial information suggests that this is going to be a free application that can be downloaded in two of the biggest app stores, Google Play and iOS. It still has some similar features with regular Facebook; before users can be part of the network, they must receive an official invitation. However, once they are logged in, they can already start communicating with the other members. This is going to work exclusively: companies cannot invite other companies or workers reach out to employees of other businesses.

Facebook at Work will also have News Feed, messages, events, and groups, so transition from regular to business Facebook may not be that difficult.

Hopefully, this may also provide a decline to work-related stress.
