Miranda Kerr is now one of the most sought after super models not just because of her beautiful and angelic face, but also her stunning and sexy body. She is an Australian model who is part of Victoria Secret's Angels. She credits her ripped and healthy body to a combination of healthy eating and physical exercise.

She credits her bikini body to yoga, ballet, pilates and a low-carbohydrate diet. Kerr, who is in demand in the celebrity world today, does not let her busy schedule hinder her from performing most of her exercises and having a healthy lifestyle.

Kerr said that her daily workouts always consist of a combination of yoga, pilates, ballet, low-impact cardio, resistance and functional exercises. At times, she also incorporates high-energy training such as boxing or running, Examiner reported.

She is now the face of H&M and Reebok's Skyscape sneakers and she best suits her advertisements due to her sporty and stunning figure. For her diet, she consumes a low-carb diet and starts her day with a smoothie made out of coconut water with goji berries, chia seeds, maca powder, spirulina and cacao. Aside from that, she experiments on green juices made of kale, spinach, cucumber and celery.

Kerr is a big fan of coconut oil. "I personally take four tablespoons of coconut oil per day, either on my salads, in my cooking or in my cups of green tea. I will not go a day without coconut oil." Coconut oil is now proven to possess many health benefits such as boosting weight loss and promoting healthy hair and skin. Aside from that it protects the body from infections due to its antimicrobial properties.

Kerr revealed her secrets for weight loss, beauty, success and happiness in her self-help book, "Treasure Yourself: Power Thoughts for My Generation".
