After Renee Zellweger's shocking change in appearance, is Uma Thuman's face a product of another plastic surgery mishap? Uma Thurman created waves in the internet as she stepped out in the premiere party for her new miniseries 'The Slap' on Monday in New York City almost unrecognizable.
The 44-year old actress who starred in the blockbuster movie, Kill Bill, stepped out with smoother skin than how she looked like a month ago. She received various reactions from people who saw her looking very different than before. Apparently, she had a smooth forehead, puffy face and a tight smile, Mail Online reported.
Even though her change in appearance is not as drastic as Renee Zellweger's, she looked very different and obviously, she underwent some kind of treatment to make her look younger.
In a comment given to Mail Online, Mark Norfolk, Clinical Director at Transform Cosmetic Surgery said, "Uma certainly looks like she's undergone a dramatic transformation and in my opinion, she's looking too overdone. The thing that strikes me most is that her eye area looks very different. It looks as though she's had a recent lower blepharoplasty treatment, also known as eye bag removal. She isn't wearing any eyeliner or mascara, probably in order to avoid infection from the new surgery."
Meanwhile, Hollywood Life asked the opinion of experts on Uma's appearance. Dr. David Cangello, MD, FACS said in an exclusive report, "It's very difficult to say if she has had anything done, even though she does look very different in the more recent picture. This may well be due to the angle the picture was taken at and the fact that her forehead is completely exposed and not covered with hair."
He added, "These two things make her face look much longer and narrower and may account for the differences in appearance. She certainly does not have any telltale signs of "bad botox" or being overfilled with injectables. And there is nothing to suggest she has had any surgical modification of her face either."
Until now, Uma hasn't released any statements yet. She is neither agreeing nor denying the rumors about her 'cosmetic surgery'.
