
A new "Naruto Shippuden: Ultimate Ninja Storm 4" trailer has revealed gameplay sequences by Gamakichi.
CyberConnect2 showed the game during the Bandai Namco Variety Hour event which was streamed live on Twitch by Resero Network. Geek Snack reported that gameplay sequences focused on Gamakichi were shown during the event.
Other Bandai Namco games such as "J-Stars Victory VS +," "Tales of Zestiria" and other titles along with the "Naruto Shippuden: Ultimate Ninja Storm 4" trailer. "NS:UNS4" was shown in the 2015 MCM London Comic Con.
Obito Uchiha was recently confirmed to be the latest character to join the roster for CyberConnect2's game. He will be fighting several Hidden Mist ninjas after he witnessed Kakashi killing Rin in one story sequence in "Naruto Shippuden: Ultimate Ninja Storm 4" PC, PS4 and Xbox One. His "Juubi Jinchuriki" and "Guruguru" form have also been revealed.
With 80 playable characters and 7 supports, the game will have the largest and most impressive character roster ever. Recent characters who appeared in the manga as well as those featured in the movie are set to make appearances in "Ultimate Ninja Storm 4." It will reportedly be launched by fall of this year for PS4 in Japan.
CyberConnect2 President and CEO, Hiroshi Matsuyama, revealed that players will only have one life gauge for all characters. The developers decided that this was the ideal way to balance the players choice between having a two-person team or opting for three people.
"Since some players will have a two person team and others a three man cell, we wanted to balance this by only having one life gauge between all characters," Matsuyama told Siliconera.
"If you activate Awakening mode, [it] stays active when you switch leader characters too. It's possible to have a Tailed Beast Ball combo attack where Shukaku attacks first then Kurama can come out right away."
