"Outlander" season 2 spoilers will be even more rampant this time around, especially now that production has already started.

The Internet has been abuzz with speculations that Brianna, the daughter of Caitriona Balfe's Claire Randall and Sam Heughan's Jamie Fraser, will be featured in "Outlander" season 2 spoilers. Although this may be true, it is also speculated that her story arc will be drifting a bit away from the events that transpired in "Dragonfly in Amber," the second book in Diana Gabaldon's "Outlander" book series.
According to the source material, Brianna will be travelling back in time so that she could meet up with her parents and spend some time with her real family. Brianna may have been introduced in the second book, but the time travel bit only happened in the fourth book, according to Christian Today.
Still, despite some discrepancies in the time lines of the story arc, EOnline has confirmed that it will be discussed in "Outlander" season 2 spoilers.
Sadly, though, despite the fan fare surrounding the Brianna character, there has been no actress linked to it just yet. Either show runners are keeping things under wraps, or they have actually not found an actress fit for the role yet. Scotland Now has revealed the requirements that show runners have for Brianna. She has to be about 5'8 - or taller - and should not be girly.
In addition to Brianna, Tobias Menzies' Frank Randall character will also be featured in the show. This information was revealed when a picture of Jamie and Frank was leaked to the Internet. As seen in the photo, the two were fighting about something - the reason of which remains not known at this point.
