In the latest episode of the anime, Saitama and Genos both took the exam to be a part of the Hero Association. The tests results showed that the cyborg got a perfect score and was classified as a class S hero.
The hero-for-fun, on the other hand, barely passed with 71 points and was placed in class C. "One Punch Man" episode 5 ended with Saitama and Genos doing a practice bout. The cyborg is also officially welcomed by class A rank 1 hero Amai Mask to the association.
"One Punch Man" episode 6 spoilers based on the manga will see Saitama's entry to the Hero Association being jeopardized because of his inactivity. Vol. 3, chapter 18 of the manga showed Genos moving in Saitama's place to be a true disciple of the hero-for-fun.
Genos learned during the superhero seminar that class C heroes get expelled from the registry when they are inactive for more than a week. This poses a problem for the "One Punch Man" anime protagonist since he has done nothing heroic for five days.
Saitama proceeds to scour the city for bad guys but to no avail. On the last day of the week, Speed of Sound Sonic returned, presumably, to finally get his revenge on the hero-for-fun.
However, Saitama dismisses him saying that he is currently too busy to talk. This angers Speed of Sound Sonic and he dashes towards the hero with his sword.
This doesn't work, though, since Saitama was able to destroy Sonic's sword with his teeth. "One Punch Man" episode 6 may see the hero-for-fun getting seriously mad at the villain for disturbing him.
They get disturbed by Tanktop Tiger, who taunts Saitama about his rank and about being a newcomer. Sonic fired a shuriken at the class C rank 6 hero and destroys the city.
