Radar Online published a set of photos showing Jennifer Garner inside a car with the mystery man.
"Jennifer Garner can't stop beaming!" it said. "The actress was spotted chatting and laughing in a car with a mystery man Monday afternoon."
"The 43-year-old seemed to be close with her male companion, as the two shared an intimate hug during the conversation," the website added. "This is the second unidentified man she's been spotted with since her summer divorce from Ben Affleck."
According to Celebrity Dirty Laundry, Jennifer Garner was accompanied by a mystery man when she took her children trick-or-treating.
"The handsome hunk was spotted wearing blue jeans and a white t-shirt while assisting Jennifer's 6-year old daughter Seraphina as she tried to pedal her bike," it said.
Over the last couple of weeks, the tabloids were having a heyday over the rumor that Jennifer Garner and "Grey's Anatomy" star Patrick Dempsey were dating. The rumors were denied by a rep for McDreamy.
The rumor about Jennifer Garner and Patrick Dempsey dating after the Ben Affleck divorce was first reported by OK! magazine, which claimed that the two still had great chemistry five years after working together on the rom-com, "Valentine's Day" in 2010.
"As soon as they started talking, the spark was evident to both of them. Jen was relived - and excited," the tabloid claimed.
"A rep for Dempsey even laughed when asked about the new cover story's nonsense allegations. And we're exclusively told the claims are flat-out untrue," Gossip Cop said.
Jennifer Garner and Ben Affleck announced their divorce back in July after 10 years of marriage. The ex-couple is said to be attending marriage counseling to work on their issues.
