Emilia Clarke will indeed be in "Game of Thrones" season 6 reprising her role as Daenerys Targaryen. Not only that, she and co-star Kit Harington were reported to be caught kissing!
Well actually, so as not to disappoint fans who ship Jon Snow and Daenerys Targaryen, Peggy Sirota, the photographer who is responsible for uploading the photo said that the snap was part of a series of photos off from a 2012 photo shoot with Rolling Stone.
Sirota uploaded the image of Emilia Clarke and Kit Harington kissing on her Instagram account causing quite a stir with fans, most especially since season 6 of "Game of Thrones" is nearing.
"This moment was unforgettable," Sirota said.
"It was a small crew on that day, just a few of us out in the field. The chemistry between these four was huge, as you can see... I asked them to kiss, I suppose love was in the air, and I was just lucky enough to be there."
Fast forward to this year, Kit Harington is dating "Game of Thrones" co-star Rose Leslie and not Emilia Clarke.
According to People, the couple was photographed holding hands amid rumors that they have split.
Apparently, Kit Harington and Rose Leslie first sparked romance rumors in 2012. They play Jon Snow and the wilding, Ygritte, respectively.
Meanwhile, The Week reported that the new "Game of Thrones" teaser trailer might signal death of key characters.
In the trailer, the heads of key characters such as Ned, Rob and Catelyn Stark were seen in the Hall of Faces. Jon Snow and Tyrion Lannister's head were in there too. Does this mean that Kit Harington's character will not be reprised?
Reportedly, the camera lingers a while on Jon Snow's head, while his voice is heard at the background saying: "The long night is coming and the dead come with it."
In this "Game of Thrones" season 6 teaser trailer, Emilia Clarke's character, Daenerys Targaryen is also seen inside the Hall of Faces.
