It was reported sometime back that Keith Urban is all set to release his upcoming new album 2016 entitled ''Ripcord.'' Now as per the latest news, he is planning to do a world tour to promote this album.
The ''Ripcord" World Tour will kick off on June 2, 2016 at Kansas City in the US. This eighth studio album is expected to do well commercially. Rollingstone talked about the announcement of this new studio album last year in Oct. This talented musician's success was rightly captured by the boot.
In 2002, his third studio album ''Golden Road'' was released which was certified triple platinum as it sold three million copies. So what will be the score of ''Ripcord?''
Since the singles for this album "John Cougar, John Deere, John 3:16," and ''Break on Me" are already released and are already doing well in the music scene, it can be said that the world tour might take Urban's career to new heights. This New Zealand-born Australian singer Keith announced about the world tour sometime in Jan. 2016. Rollingstone captured the news and talked about the hard work Urban is putting in at Nashville's Ocean Way Recording Studios for this upcoming new album.
"It's all amphitheaters and arenas," Urban talked about the upcoming tour with great passion. "Last year, we were doing mostly festivals and that sort of thing. It wasn't a conceptual production, really. This is us getting back to that world."
